*Personal training is only available for clients living in Belgium, Antwerp region, because the personal training sessions take place at a private gym at Brasschaat or Antwerp city.

During my personal training programs, I will help you to make fitness a part of your lifestyle, in a way that works for you!

 

I will show you that you CAN enjoy life while having a consistent fitness routine.

 

It's not that hard, fitness can be so much FUN.

 

A fit lifestyle doesn't always have to be something you give up on. You can make it part of your LIFESTYLE in the long term. 

What is included in my personal training programs:

  • 1, 2 or 3 weekly personal training sessions of 60 minutes, depending on the plan you choose, or 5 or 10 sessions you can plan in a period of 6 months.

  • Personal training sessions take place at a private gym at Brasschaat (Bredabaan) or Antwerp city (Eilandje).

  • Custom workout program if you desire to do extra workouts next to the personal training sessions (this is recommended when doing only 1 weekly personal training session).

  • Nutrition tips and custom meal plan (optional).

  • Mindset tips and exercises (optional).

  •  

    Intake at the beginning of the program.

  • Whatsapp support from Monday to Friday.
